We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from the actual product.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price confirmed at the time of order placement.

4. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method. Full payment must be made upon receiving your order. Refusal to pay upon delivery may result in your account being flagged and future orders being declined.

5. Order Confirmation

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within Pakistan only. Estimated delivery times are 3 to 7 working days from dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund & Exchange Policy. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our stated conditions.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp.
