At Storu.site, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to help. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before making a request.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept return and exchange requests under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and labels intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories
  • Items not purchased from Storu.site

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In such cases:

  • We will arrange a replacement or full exchange at no additional cost.
  • Return shipping charges will be covered by us.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refund Process

Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, refunds (where applicable) will be processed after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by our team. Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method. Please allow a reasonable processing time after approval.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order only before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp.

7. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • The reason for the return or exchange
  • Clear photographs of the item (if damaged or defective)
